Washington DC

monday to thursday i was in WASHINGTON DC. . ok so i thought this would be THE WWORST trip everrrr. but the 8 hour bus ride went by really fast (because i was sitting next to my biffle nicoleeeee) and when we go to DC everything was just so cool! I COULD NOT BELIEVEE I WAS ACTUALLY HERE!!!! I saw the lincoln memorial....the vietnam, iwo jima, smithsonian museum, the zoo, the capitol building <--- so true about this trip. the best place we went to was the place where they keep the magna carter and the declaration of independance. i was in complete AWE. mrs. white (my history teacher) said i got the "bug" (love of old documents) and that the "bug" is actally a gift from God! i thought it was amazing!! we went to so many places. we even stood outside the fence by the white house and held hands and prayed for our government. i learned alot about people in my class and teachers that i did nt like before...i do like now. i had the time of my LIFE in DC thank you everyone who prayed for me, i cannot even express how thankful i am in words to you. just look at some pics from the trip and you'll see how muc fun i had...here are some pics from my trip--

rollerblading

ok so were at the new house, and we still havent brought over the majority of our stuff. you know its about...eh 62 degrees outside, nice day to be outside. so i swipe my dads rollerblades (they fit me...its sad...i know) and i sneek outside to the front yard, i turn on my ipod (relient k who i am hate who ive been ::)) and i stand up. i mumblke to myslefand to really no one even though im addressing the neighbors; "well, here you go if your watching me because you guys will be seeing alot more of this for the next 6 moths once i move here." so here i am gliding down the walk way and i notice that if i dont stop im gonna ram right into the mailbox. so i try and stop, you know how they have that break on the back and you lean back on one skate to stop. so i do that. guess what? my dad took off the breaks from his rollerblades because he learned how to stop a different way. so i lean back on that foot and almost fall backwards, i pulled my self up without falling and thank goodness there is a snowbank right next to the mailbox so the wheeels get caught in that and i stop. =) that was funnnn

AHEM another RANT

I hate school! ADULTS CAN BE SUCH HYPOCRITES! "Don't grow up to fast" BUT then they make you dress up 4 school, they can't just let us be kids!!! We can't dress comfortably? WE CAN'T DRESS LIKE KIDS? Ahem- we ARE kids! Why can't we just act like it? Instead of spending all our time doing homework we should be out being KIDS and having FUN!

My *rant* for the day

It absolutly discusts me how people think that we shouldn't have dropped the atomic bomb on Japan during WWII. People say we had "no right" to do what we did to them. Let me tell you something, what we did was a horrible thing, but it was a nessacary evil. 100% nessacary! The Japanese captured hundreds of thousands of US soldiers and made them do a death march across Japan. They gave them miniscule amounts of food, just enough to keep them alive so that they could torture them as long as they could. Many soldiers died on the death march or were shot in the head because the genral said so. WE NEEDED TO STOP THE KILLING OF SO MANY US SOLDIERS!! Yes we hurt many men, women and children who weren't involved in the mass killing of US soldiers, but that was nessacary to stop the war.

i just got there cd (2 lefts dont make a right but 3 do) and i have been listeing to it non stop and im going to go buy another one of their cds' i think i'll get "mmhmm" :D gahh i love them!!!! i love matt teserminan-wats-his-name hahaha. well...i cant wait for youth group friday <3 yay. and umm ohh yeaaaaaaaaah--
